"DIDN'T HAVE US BOOKED WHEN WE CHECKED IN SO WE WERE GLAD WE HAD OUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER. IT WAS RECORDED IN ONE PLACE BUT NOT ANOTHER. THEN WE DIDN'T HAVE TWO BEDS AS WE BOOKED SO WE WENT BACK TO DESK AND SHE MOVED US TO ANOTHER ROOM?? LADY WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH US AND WE GOT A ROOM THAT WORKED"
